Ordered on the weekend, arrived 2 days later and this was Xmas week, so very impressed. I like the 10 year guarantee which shows IT have invested in quality control.

It it was a very bad experience and there were no wheels in the suitcase which makes it of no use of using it without a wheels, and I don’t know how can they ship a shipment without wheels.The whole thing were damaged. The suitcase didn’t have the wheels and have been trying to connect with the customer care from so much. There is no response from the customer care and I think the service was so bad.

Website easy to use and find what I wanted The ordering process was a breeze, and very fast shipping I had a IT case before so it was a no-brainier in choosing this brand for a high quality luggage case

I purchased a 3 piece luggage set and received them very quickly by the next day, The 3 cases are well made, lightweight and easily maneuverable. The price was excellent as they were on offer with a very good discount. I am happy that ITluggage are a UK company and provide a 10 year guarantee. I purchased the set as a Christmas gift for my son and daughter~in~law and they were delighted with them. Ps The only downside was the lack of response to 2 emails I sent enquiring about the availability of one of the particular luggage sets which was out of stock but was 'comig soon' accordig to the website.

Great items and fast delivery. Both cases arrived well packaged in their own large box. Both boxes have been passed to an appreciative neighbour who is moving soon! A more accurate delvery day estimate would have been appreciated, just for reassurance they would arrive before christmas.

I’m so upset I’ve not had no response in regards to my order. It said it was delivered Christmas Eve but it wasn’t delivered to me? I tried contacting evri not had a response? Where is my parcels I’m going on holiday soon and I need my order ? I’ve emailed itluggage twice and not had a response and I’m very upset

I was given a set of luggage for a special birthday, used twice zip came off, cut a long story short, didnt have a replacement, not happy with it, offered to pay difference to get a new set NO, got large case with replacement, had to buy other 2 to have same, not happy with customer service as i wanted to keep as a set. Cost £85 to have matching luggage.

I am extremely disappointed with how IT Luggage has handled a warranty claim under their advertised 10-year warranty policy. My luggage was collected by IT Luggage as part of a warranty claim, after which I was informed that the original item was out of stock. I initially cooperated and considered an alternative. However, after experiencing prolonged delays and a complete lack of communication, I formally requested a refund in line with reasonable expectations under a warranty process. It has now been over 12 working days since my luggage was received, yet I have received no confirmation, update, or response regarding my refund. Once my luggage was in their possession, customer service effectively stopped responding. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as I had to travel with my family without my luggage and was forced to purchase a replacement myself. This is not the level of service one would expect from a company promoting a long-term warranty as a mark of reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that the 10-year warranty policy is not supported by efficient or responsive customer service, which is disappointing and misleading. I hope IT Luggage reviews how warranty claims are managed and improves communication and accountability for future customers.

Ordered 4 cabin cases on 17 November 25. The website states 2-3 days delivery. The website never answers emails or telephones. Eventually I googled to get some advice. The advice was to give them a poor comment on FB. Instantly a response! After many attempts and threatening with cancelling my order. The order arrived on 21 December 25. Very poor customer service.

Was very disappointed with customer service as was promised a discount which was supposed to be taken off when payment was made .But having sent several emails still no discount applied.
