“I am not happy with my cases. The inner clothes straps are not long enough,suitcase material poor quality.I have two it cases I've had a number of years, I wanted to up date,this is not the case now. I have used them once as my daughter used my older IT cases. Much better quality. I would like a refund please. Attached pictures of the inner straps on new cases andbolder ones.”

“Love the dachshund suit case but the delivery was very stressful, I was told to collect my parcel but was told it hadn’t arrived to the store when I got my collection code. On the third day of trying to pick it up I finally got my item. I also paid extra for quick delivery”

“I needed 2 sets of lightweight suitcases so ordered one set for £99 to make sure they were suitable. On receipt I decided to go ahead and order the 2nd set I needed. I went ahead with the order not realising that the price had jumped from £99 to £144 for the 2nd set of identical cases. After ordering i spent the next few hours trying to get hold of customer services on the phone but it just went to a recorded message every time. Very disappointing and hope the company will contact me at some stage to explain the discrepancy.”

“Really lovely hard shell luggage set bought to replace soft IT luggage that has been on very many trips with us. Still good but wanted an upgrade. Really quick delivery and well packaged too. We look forward to using them on our next trip soon.”

“Absolutely terrible, ordered an item for a vey important reason, waited over a week for it to be out for delivery, heard nothing, I emailed and had a reply of because the item hadn’t moved in the process for over a week it would be deemed as lost. Was offered for the item to be re dispatched again as there was stock available so I agreed, the next day I get another email saying that I will get a refund as there is no stock available. I won’t be using IT LUGGAGE again”
