“Very poor communication when needing to return a faulty suitcase. Not simple at all. They ask for Video proof that cannot be sent as file to big for 5 seconds by email then sugguest using insta and not reply for hrs so not even sure if I will get reply. I was holding off this review it the hope this would have been resolved by now. Angry customer im affraid no contact telephone number either.”

“Very very disappointed with the quality. Lots of marks on both suitcases and the stitching is coming apart and thread sticking out on both suitcases and even the bags. Not happy at all if they wernt for our honeymoon next week, I would be sending them back I would not recommend it as a make to anyone after this experience”

“I ordered the set of three suitcases and they are exactly what I was looking for! Hard shell so hard-wearing good quality. They also fit inside eachother for easy storage!”

“We bought the suitcase to match our other one. Arrived quickly, very impressed. Only downside about the suitcase is the lock. We have trouble with the lock because of our fingers. So hopefully we can get it open and locked again when on our holiday. Our other case is much easier because we can just put a little padlock on. Why manufacturers have to put on these combination locks on is beyond me.”

“Not great. Website failed and took the money from my account 8 times. Customer service unhelpful and did not apologise once. Had to sort with my bank. Do not recommend.”

“We purchased 3 bags for our youngest children (Trunkryder) and 1 for our older daughter. All are great quality and fit a lot of luggage considering they're carry-on. Lovely bright colours and good quality. Delivery of our purchase was very fast too. Had one aspect to discuss with customer service on pricing which was resolved very quickly.”
