Unable to deliver as promised and the currier they use are the worst in the industry Lied about attempted delivery and tracking was laughable No support from it customer services at all

Not tried it out at the airport yet. But without the wheels the underseat measurements are correct. I'm impressed with this underseat convertible case so much so that I am considering buying the larger cabin size convertible case too.

The website has lots of choice and options and is easy to navigate. Ordering was straightforward and I was kept well informed about my delivery. The two suitcases were delivered very quickly and are just what I wanted - smart and well-designed.

First flight with the duotone and the zipper handle came off making it impossible to lock the bag. Was so stressed for the return but luckily nothing was stolen from my bag. I don’t know if they will repair it or replace it or if my money is down the drain. Was considering buying a whole set but now I’d rather not given this experience.

Bought a set of it luggage for our holiday. Looks very nice and lots of room for packing but I don’t recommend the locking system as it has broken and now unable to lock the case.

Delivery packaging was damaged with the box lid unsecured, however the case itself appears undamaged and I am very pleased with it so far, had a lovely iT case for years but the extending handle was damaged recently by BA. So this is a replacement.

Love my it luggage already had the ex large suitcase and holdall now have the medium case and backpack ready for my trip would of loved the cabin bag and the under the seat case but out of stock would be nice to get message for when they are back in stock so can have the little set ready for all occasions

Hi, I was initially very excited when purchasing my luggage for my toddler, the aim was to ensure my trip went smoothly. However my luggage didn’t turn up, I’m currently on holiday WITHOUT my luggage. I ordered it on a Thursday, paying for next day delivery, gave it a grace period till Monday. However, it didn’t arrive till Wednesday (I flew out Tuesday). So I will be coming back and returning the luggage, and purchasing from another company. I’m really disappointed and my trip didn’t go as smoothly as planned, nor did I enjoy my journey as I didn’t have the luggage I hoped to have. Reading previous reviews regarding delivery it always seems to be the same response “ Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. I am mostly pleased with my suitcase but I asked for next day delivery and received it two days later with no way of getting an update on delivery status. Also I have used the cabin sized suitcase and noticed when packed in the boot of transportation that the coating marks/scratches easily on my first time of using it which is disappointing.
