“Good selection of cases, and reasonably priced. Woud like to see more options for cabin bags / cases and clarification of sizes acceptable on the more popular airlines. Always confused what size is required for the common airlines, with / without wheels etc.”

“I placed my order on 30 July and was told it has been shipped on 30 July. 8 days later I am still waiting for my luggage to arrive. I emailed customer services two days ago and have not received a reply. I have just emailed them. My money has been taken but not cases have been received!”

“Wanted to return but was very difficult to find how, even my daughter in law said it was hard, plus couldn’t pay and return at post office, wanted £5 to collect, would not buy from it again”

“Really disappointed I’ve still not received it.. Evri are a very poor delivery service in this area if I’d have known that was your courier I wouldn’t have chosen your luggage.”

“Didn't revived the luggage from the cotton. Tracking was very confusing I diverted the package and turns out the shop refused the delivery 3 times which means we have no recent the item and it is being returned when we need them.”

“As my ageing piece of IT hand luggage was reaching end of life, replacing it with another from the IT range was my 1st choice. I was impressed with the customer service and their ability to supply replacement wheels when after years of use my last ones failed. Sustainability is a priority for me.I am equally impressed with my new case. Nice design, 8 wheels and well designed interior. Roomy but compact. Very pleased with my choice.”

“Your delivery service left our parcel in someone else’s house in the street without notifying us. I have to go house to house to get it back. It was a stressful disaster. IT LUGGAGE should pay compensation for causing this trouble to a 72 year old OAP”
