“Fast delivery good communications .light case but after only one trip the side protector stitching has come away not sure it will last another trip very disappointing”

“Was a huge problem with tye delivery , IT reached out and were so helpful. Refunded me and gave free next delivery. I will say thales handle on tye small case is a bit wobbly but im not too concerned as it has a 10 year guarantee”

“Fantastic, we bought it whilst on offer and it came next day. It’s already been on its first trip to Amsterdam and made it here in one piece. Very light weight and sturdy and unlike other cases where you feel your wheels are going to break they feel extremely sturdy and would recommend.”

“I already had purchased several bigger pieces from IT Luggage and was very happy with them. I want a small piece for a short trip. I had gone in for a liver transplant due to my medical condition and I wish I had this cabin piece then. I had to carry my IT bag very heavy not good.”

“Well priced set of 3 . I love the external pockets in all 3 bags. The 4 sets of wheels roll easily. I have as yet to use it for a trip and have not ahd an opportunity to test the large one fully loaded.”
