I ordered a suitcase in time for my trip. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive as their courier Evri delivered it in the wrong place and the package got lost. I reached out both to IT and Evri in an attempt to track or replace the lost case. Unfortunately they don’t have a number to speak nor do they contact the customer over the phone. It is only half trusting emails I got. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience or an attempt to help. I do hope IT is a good company when IT delivers and their luggages are of good standard.

good quality the suitcases Lustrous Luxe - Medium (Moon Rock) and holdall is really good. Delivery was very quick. Just a little confused about the size of the small holdall which is slightly different to Easyjets measurements I have tried contacting Easyjet but it is difficult to get a sensible answer can you confirm that your small holdall is compliant to Easyjet underseat regulations

Ordered case. Case wasn’t delivered to me and sent back by courier! Not”it” fault I know. Email “it” and was told to reorder and told delivery would be credited to me, thank you! (I had already reordered on the 11/12/35 but no email confirmation from you) although a first payment was taken. I have sent another couple of emails to “it” and still have no reply about this issue. I am without a suitcase and Klarna have taken a payment from me ? Can you help ? Apologies suitcase just delivered and would like to say really pleased with it thank you

Was recommended to IT luggage and was not disappointed. Suitcases were delivered in good time and came with 10 year warranty and free delivery.My purchase was well made and extremely light for its size, should last me for quite a few holidays.

Sadly I never received my suitcase as it went missing with Yodel & I’m having to chase for a refund which after 2 weeks I still haven’t received. Customer care is terrible

I absolutely love this suitcase. I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time, and I finally found it at It Luggages. I ended up getting all the sizes, and I’m so glad I did. The cases are beautiful, stylish, and well-made. For the price, they’re worth every penny. I’m completely in love with them!

Unfortunetly, not a good review from me. I have not received my luggage despite a picture shown by the deliverers a parcel in front of 'my' door. IT policy shows that they would not deliver with out a signature, or left in a space place, hence I am unsure why this wasn't my case. As you can see in the picture it shows a box outside a door, doesnt show the number of the door neither, and was not outside my door. I have contacted them yesterday about this matter, lets see how IT luggage will resolve the matter.

The case itself is very good quality, however it arrived with a damaged lock. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return it and wait for a new one, so had to keep it. I'm giving it 2 stars ad I was sold a substandard case and I will never be able to use the lock function. Disappointed.
