“The case arrived quickly and I love the colours. My mistake but I was disappointed it didn’t have a retractable handle. I’ll have to bend down to push it. Also arrived in not a perfect condition but nothing worth sending it back for.”

“Case is very nice and as described. Courier left outside my front door when I’d left a note on yodel website to leave with neighbour as I was away for 3 days. Very lucky it was still there and not damaged by weather.”

“I used your suitcase for the first time and was disappointed to find that despite its rugged hardwearing design and appearance, two of the attachments came off. It is clear that the other attachments will come off eventually with continued use, which significantly reduces the beauty of the case. It also means spilt liquids etc can now seep into the case through the holes left and also, one can injure themself’s on the protruding screws left behind after the attachments have fallen off. I am completely dissatisfied with this design and wish to exchange it for another one.”

“I’m very pleased with both bags but find the wheelie case is not very stable if you place the smaller bag on top as it’s designed to do. The weight of the smaller bag makes the case topple forward. Apart from that I’m happy with my purchase.”
