“i HAVE BROUGHT A CASE FROM it - NOT USED YET SO WILL PROVIDE AN UPDATE. dID BUY ANOTHER IT CASE FROM TKMAX - FRAME BROKE WHICH WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH AFTER FIRST USE - TRIED TO GO THROUGH WARRENTY BUT NO GOOD - BE CAREFUL ON THE LENGTH OF 10 YEARS THEY OFFER, NOT HAD MY FAULTY ONE A YEAR YET - HAVE TO WAIT 12 MONTHS BEFORE I CAN GET A RESPONSE FROM IT”

Upon looking into this matter further, I can see that the customer service team have responded to your correspondence in regards to the luggage purchased from TKMaxx on 31/08, 10/09, 19/09, 07/10, 11/10 and 22/10 but these emails do not seem to have been recieved by yourself. I would advise to ensure that these have not ended up in your junk/spam inbox by a mistake. “Bought one large soft case and one hard medium case 3 weeks ago. Quick delivery. The hard case cracked at multiple sites after one use. The soft case handle is stuck. Claim under warranty is quite cumbersome. Will take me sometime to complete. Hope that I will be given full refund.”
