“Always stays smart looking. I had my last one for just under 10 years, sadly the expansion zip went and the inside straps lost their elasticity. I had kept the receipt and took photos. Under the 10year warranty I put in a claim. I was amazed.!! IT were brilliant, I wasn't really expecting anything, but they replaced my suitcase and were extremely helpful. I now have purchased another one for myself and for my husband. A great company.”

“IT Luggage were a fantastic retailer. My luggage arrived in good time and was as the picture. However, there was some damage to my case but IT luggage fixed the issue immediately offering me a replacement or discount. I was very pleased with the luggage and the customer service and would recommend. 5 stars !”
