“I bought this set of suitcases as a wedding present for my granddaughter and her partner who are getting married in November and going on their honeymoon on a lovely cruise. I thought the gift was the perfect idea. The cases are beautiful and smart and will also be very useful. A quick and easy service from IT luggage with no problems and a quick and easy delivery service. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“This should have been 5 stars, but the Customer Service Team have let the side down. We bought the extra large case in this same style and it served our daughter well for capacity on a recent trip, however the lock developed a fault and we raised this with the company a week ago (I believe they say turnaround for queries is 28 business days....REALLY!! - WHY that long??), once she was back. Disappointed that the lock isn't up to the expected standards for this company, but we have remained faithful and bought the large version of the same style case, hoping that the lock issue is a one-off and we will be sent a new lock to fit (it's truly simple to unzip the lining, unscrew the lock (2 screws) and install a new lock), so once they support us and we can achieve that, I will revise this review. In the meantime, it's a solitary star from us and perhaps their lock supplier needs to improve their quality control, since this is a vital part of the case!”

“I have brought a few IT cases and they are perfect however I ordered a set of 3 that arrived on Saturday nothing wrong with the cases except the lock has jammed and cannot open it as the button has not popped back up I emailed IT straight away and had a response to send a short video to them and advised of 3 choices I sent the video and advised what I wanted them to do I've had 4 emails saying video not attached but it's on every email they send back to me I've now sent on WhatsApp and hopefully waiting for a reply now they have it”
