“Where do I start. I paid for next day delivery but the incorrect item arrived. They then said they’d arrange collection of incorrect item but never communicated to me how or when it would be collected, so I therefore missed the DPD driver. This then had to be rescheduled. A week after the item had been receipted into their warehouse I had to chase them for a refund. They then refunded me for the item but not delivery. They only offered to reimburse my delivery if I reordered the item. Communication has been awful as they take over night to respond each time due to only operating via email - Silly really when complaints can be dealt with easily and quickly over the phone rather than going back and forth daily.!! Anyway, I’m several emails in now and I’ve only just received the remainder of my refund. Still no correct item dispatched (they initially promised they would replace my item once other item received back in warehouse, in addition to refunding me). Several times I asked to escalate my complaint, yet this section of my emails were ignored. Maybe their travel cases are great (I’m yet to find out), but their customer service is appalling. You just need to hope you don’t have to deal with them. Shocking.”

However, I am happy to see via the email chain that your full refund has now been processed accordingly for the returned, incorrect item. “IT luggage is fab, so when they sent a discount code I thought I’d treat myself to another piece and a luggage protector sleeve, unfortunately the wrong size was sent out. The problem was resolved so quickly, their customer service is exemplary, a lot of firms could learn from them!”

“I’ve got to give credit where it’s due, Ashlea from IT Luggage customer service was an absolute star. There was a bit of drama with the original courier (because of course there was), but Ashlea sorted it out quickly and calmly. Lots of apologies, zero attitude, and she made sure my suitcase arrived in time for my trip. Honestly, that’s all you ever want from customer service….someone who just gets it done without making it your problem. Massive thanks to her for saving the day!”

“Quick delivery. I already have the large IT suitcase so knew the quality would be great. But I was so pleased by the amout this little cabin suitcase fitted in. Luckily travelling by train so weight did matter.”
