“This is the worst quality I’ve ever experienced. We’ve taken the suitcase on its first trip and the telescopic handle has come out of the hole with no rough treatment whatsoever. Now it cannot retract, fit in any cars, and we’re stuck abroad suitcaseless. To raise a complaint you need a photo of the warranty tags which are at home. And if we buy another we can’t bring this one back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE as there is no phone number either”

“Love the colour of the legion suitcase, however the combination lock doesn’t work (keeps jamming) and for the price and first time using it that’s not acceptable”

“After purchasing a Lykke for myself in the Autumn, I decided to stick with IT for the rest of the family as we prepare for our first holiday abroad this summer. Delivery is incredibly speedy and the quality of the cases is consistently great. Lightweight, and appears to promise durability, we are all set with great value and stylish luggage for our holiday, with no wasted weight in the cases!”

“I have been using IT Luggage for a number of years now and would not use anything else. So when I needed a new cabin suitcase it was the first place I looked. It arrived within a few days of ordering. I was notified promptly and given a time slot of when to expect it. Great quality, lightweight but sturdy. I would highly recommend.”
