“Very light, nice colors and design, however very woobly handle, not enough position to set it for yr height and when loaded is not ergonomicly design right as it falls forward”

“Luggage order was originally deliverd Ok - however wrong sizes ordered so sent back - reordered correct size cases but somehow delivery address was changed (not by us) still waiting for our cases to be delivered. Not happy”

Hi Ian, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear of your recent experience, however, please be aware that we have no way of amending the delivery address once an order has been placed, this can only be amended by the customer at the point of purchase. The incorrect delivery address may have automatically been inputted by PayPal/Google Pay etc if the address had previously been used/saved when using these forms of payment. “Very poor experience. Made my purchase and it seemed to be smooth sailing until it was out for delivery. They used yodel which failed to deliver my parcel. They then proceeded to lose my parcel. IT luggage customer service have been very slow in responding and dealing with my case. I’m on holiday next week so the suitcases (that I still haven’t got!) won’t arrive in time. I’ve had to spend more money and purchase another set. I would avoid and either use something like Amazon or go and buy in store. Matalan and Primark both stock IT Luggage.”

“Luggage arrived 4 days late, despite paying for next day delivery. Was unable to use the luggage set as I was flying out. Not great customer service from IT when I logged my complaint or from their delivery partner.i certainly expected better from this brand.”
