“I have been using IT Luggage for a number of years now and would not use anything else. So when I needed a new cabin suitcase it was the first place I looked. It arrived within a few days of ordering. I was notified promptly and given a time slot of when to expect it. Great quality, lightweight but sturdy. I would highly recommend.”

“My favourite feature is the spinny wheels! Sooo easy to push my suitcase around. Deceptively strong for such a lighweight piece of luggage. My only complaint is that I wish they fitted inside each other for storage. I have a large and medium case. The dimensions of the smaller case read that it will fit inside the larger case, but the location of the zip makes it impossible. I now have to find room to store two suitcases instead of one which is not ideal. I do hope someone will come up with a better design.”

“The luggage is brilliant, however I was disappointed that I paid extra for next day delivery when I ordered early on Friday morning of 14/06/2024 and the item didn't arrive until Monday, it didn't explain that next day didn't include Saturday and Sunday when in fact delivery company operates 7days a week.”
