“Not good as only received 1 of the 2 cases that I ordered together. Not sure if it was IT Luggage fault or the courier those use Yodel? The case that I did receive came with a faulty lock. I did receive a small discount for this and obviously a full refund for the case that didn't arrive. Won't be using IT Luggage again though.”

“as writing this and sending this email i havent recevied my suitcases yet as the sender has losed my suitcases but they are sending my suitcases out and im waiting for them to arrive but im not happy that they went missing”

“Another lovely IT luggage case however I wish IT would either increase or extend their stock levels. I previously bought both IT Lykke Medium and Large cases. They were perfect so not many weeks later I tried to order another medium as it was perfect in every way....no stock and no longer available. Such a shame. Come on ITl listen to your customers. What a perfect advert seeing matching cases being wheeled through departures instead of bits of this and bits of that. Extend your stock levels and availability timing.”

“Arrived packaged well. Lovely small expensive looking cabinet case in black. Lovely dimpled pattern, really good expansion making it an excellent size to carry and will still be able to bring on the plane as cabin luggage . Purchased during the sake so git it at an excellent price. Looks sturdy do hope it lasts. Not sure how noisy the wheels are but using over the weekend do will find out the.”

“Dear IT Luggage, my order was delivered with great speed. Unfortunately, the pink case in this range was out of stock so I ordered a bright green one. Pink obviously wasn't out of stock as I received a pink one, not a green one as stipulated on my delivery note! Wrong colour, but I will keep it as it is a Christmas present for a grandchild.”

“The fantastic staff at IT Luggage made sure that my correct address was given to the warehouse before shipment as I’d made an error in checkout and had a mix of work and home address! The case itself is bang on. It’s a good quality hard case shell and was great value on the Black Friday sales.”

“Absolutely terrible service.no way to contact. Arrived damaged and I can not return as I have tried filling in online form opening request to return and heard nothing back. Other than a automatic reply which was the instant one telling me they revived it. I need to return this but I can't and I am very upset and frustrated. This company makes great suitcases and I thought buying through the actual vendor would be better. But I was wrong. The customer service is non existent. They have no telephone number available at all. And do not respond to the return forms submitted. Now I'm out of pocket and stuck with damaged product. There is no way to communicate with this company. If you want a IT luggage product, go else where to be safe. That way at least you have the ability to speak to someone if an issue arises. Or you need to return it.”
