“I haven’t gotten my delivery! Yodel are uncontactable and now tracking number isn’t recognisable. I paid a lot of money for these suitcases and haven’t even gotten them. I expect a response.”

“Customer sevice is poor. Huge delay in response time. Takes 7 or 10 days for a reply from customer service. Have to rssort to social media to acknowledge response. IT should get phone contact to expedite querrys. Due to delay in response i lost the ability to reorder an item on a sale price.”
