“No sign of the luggage I ordered, it's been with Evri since Tuesday no sign of the luggage they keep saying they have been unable to deliver the and they will try the next working day no joy can you please get in touch and ask them to sort it.”

“I've acquired the Betwiching extra large in black luggage. I'm yet to use it but I'm extremely sceptical of its quality. It looks extraordinarily cheap and made of cardboard. I'll be surprised if it lasts long. I feel a little disappointed.”

“A bit more communication as to when my parcel was going to arrive would have been nice as the luggage was a christmas present and only received notice on the day. Also a bit more care and attention by the courier wouldn't go amiss, the box was damaged, but luckily not the contents.”

“Can't comment on whether the suitcase was any good. Unfortunately the delivery service used by IT Luggage failed to deliver the item. They sent it back to you without attempting delivery and claimed it hadn't been collected although it was never delivered to the collection point. So there's no guarantee your items will be delivered and you'll then have to wait for a refund.”

“I ordered the 3-set in black. Looks good so far. They are very light, which is a win. Looking at the outside material and composition, I can imagine they can last 7-8 solid years.”

“Online shopping experience was really good, nice layout and able to filter. Purchasing also easy and intuitive :-) Delivery company failed the delivery (next day) however it did get delivered just in time and handled the flight to Jamaica well. I'm expecting it to make the return flight well as the case seems solid. I'd recommend 👌”
