“I still have not received my Black Friday order. It is currently with EVRI (H00I8A0025509279) but it has not made any updates since 3/12. Could you please find out when this is going to be delivered?”

“Ordered item in Black Friday sale arrived damaged, just wanted it collected and replaced...what a carry on was given a collection date of yesterday Friday 6th dec with 24/48 hours notice of arrival....at 11am on Friday morning received an email stating that the collection wasn't going ahead that day and was resqeduled for the Monday...(although I had already taken a day off of work for this)😡 Sent numerous emails to have a replacement sent and nothing, now stating once damaged item collected they will send out replacement....what a carry on so much lack of communication it's been a nightmare...living in hope I receive the suitcase for my nieces Christmas in time...”

Hi Jenny, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with the service received. I can see via the email chain that, unfortunately, it was the courier directly whom was unable to fulfil the original collection date and this was completely out of hands, although, advised to yourself as quickly as possible. Furthermore, unfortunately, it is the policy and general practice for the return to be collected prior to a replacement/further item being dispatched and this cannot be waived I'm afraid. However, I can see that your new collection date has now been confirmed and the tracking information provided for this. “Beautiful luggage but one large suitcase arrived damaged. Still waiting on response from customer service. I would just like it exchanged in time for Christmas as it’s a gift. Had an initial response from customer service but been waiting a week for a follow up email of next steps.”

“I’ve not received my it luggage case, yodel as lost it and it’s a Christmas present, I got in touch with it luggage straight away and know one as been in touch to sort out my item I’ve bought but not received. Not good customer service at all, very disappointed.”

“Needed quality light weight luggage for my wife. She loves the design and how easy the case glides along on the spnner wheels. Added bonus is the expander which she makes full use of. All in all very haply and a great Black Friday price and quick diary.”

“Really strong and attractive suitcases, I purchased 2 medium size as taking 1 large case plus flight bags was getting difficult for me, the 2 medium cases are much easier to handle, and having 8 wheels is even better, really pleased with my purchase”
