“They’re beautiful it’s just so unfortunate they don’t have locks. It’s 2024 thought it was a given all suitcases come with the lock”

“Can't comment on whether the suitcase was any good. Unfortunately the delivery service used by IT Luggage failed to deliver the item. They sent it back to you without attempting delivery and claimed it hadn't been collected although it was never delivered to the collection point. So there's no guarantee your items will be delivered and you'll then have to wait for a refund.”

“I ordered the 3-set in black. Looks good so far. They are very light, which is a win. Looking at the outside material and composition, I can imagine they can last 7-8 solid years.”

“Online shopping experience was really good, nice layout and able to filter. Purchasing also easy and intuitive :-) Delivery company failed the delivery (next day) however it did get delivered just in time and handled the flight to Jamaica well. I'm expecting it to make the return flight well as the case seems solid. I'd recommend 👌”

“Unfortunately I am in communication with Evri as my purchase has not been delivered to my address. Very disappointed with your choice of courier and they are very difficult to get any form of reply from them apart from an automated message. Is there anything you can do for me as I need the luggage in a couple of weeks.”

“Very good, delivered in good time. Comfortable to use, like the locks and the expandability! Inside it's easy to organise and keep tidy. The cases look lovely and strong, and easy to spot on the carousel!”
