“Arrived much earlier. Good product, this is my second time buying. Purchased earlier three and now another three. Although not used much for only twice, but confident it should be reliable product.”

“I purchased a 5 piece luggage set and when used for the first time a stud fell off one of the cases and a lock on one of the others broke. I am really disappointed with the quality and question if the cases are fit for purpose. I love the look of the luggage but surely I shouldn’t have these issues the first time I use the cases.”

“Found it easy to order. Was delivered fast the quality is vey good this was for a up coming holiday so have not tested it yet . I have a smaller cabin case the same which I have used many times and has been very good.”

“Arrived scratched and wheel broke on first trip abroad I have sent in complaint but I never receive a response from IT luggage once your have purchased it seems tbr customer service is non existent.”

Hi Rachel, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that your luggage has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we do not seem to have recived any email correspondence regarding this I'm afraid. You may of course resend this if you wish, however, please kindly be aware that damage caused by an airline/3rd party is not covered under our 10-year warranty. Therefore, I can only apologise that we would not be able to provide further assistance under warranty on this occasion. “Dealing with my IT has been very easy. The customer services is excellent. However I would say they need to change their courier service whom they use for standard delivery. Evri is an absolute nightmare. The customer services though from IT have resolved my issue quickly and I have got my cases. The cases do what they say on the tin are expandable and I am looking forward to using them on my next holiday.”

“Great really pleased with my purchase, easy to order was kept up to date with how the delivery was progressing and when it arrived was well packed and really pleased with the suitcase set. They look really good and super smooth to use.”

“We ordered our luggage for next day delivery. As it hadn't arrived after two day we received an email direct from IT offering delivery refund or fuul refund with cancellation of order, we requested full refund. Now we are on holiday after purchasing luggage from local store only to receive an email informing us they have now delivered our luggage, we'll were not there so I don't know where they have been left or who has signed for them but it's not us. Please remember we are the customers we like to be kept informed we shouldn't have to chase up paid deliveries.”

“Love IT luggage but not their delivery service. £140 of luggage left on my doorstep for 2 hours, lucky it wasn't stolen. That aside the luggage is a birthday gift, hoping my sister loves the colour and style I'm giving. So cant really rate or recommend at the moment.”
