“Order placed 1st May. No delivery 13th May. Checked delivery tracker, states returned back to sender!! No communication from IT at all and too slow in responding to my email for a full refund. Terrible service”

“I bought the Convertible Underseat for an Easyjet flight. They said at the gate it was too big and I had to pay. While they were dealing with someone else, I removed the wheels and slid it into the Personal Item sized box. The satisfaction felt fantastic! Feels very sturdy with smooth rolling wheels and very good quality zips. Very good value.”

“Not great tbh.. brought the same model at same time just in two different colours but completely different, the inside sections are so different, the locks are different and the blue cases the locks is so hard to spin around. Used on Saturday for our first flight and both are scratched and marked already with scruffs of the hard casing taken. Not as robust as they make out. Also the cases don’t feel the most robust especially the blue case and feels like it’s going to break when lifting it. Very disappointed and not worth the nearly £200 I spent for them. Customer service isn’t that great either.”

Unfortunately, damage caused whilst your property is in the hands of a 3rd party/airline is not covered under our 10-year warranty I'm afraid. It is advised to make a claim directly with the 3rd party/airline in which damaged your property in this instance. “Excitedly awaiting my order but Yodel decided to return to sender without attempting delivery IT luggage kept telling me it wasn’t until finally agreed it had . I wanted a replacement product with expedited delivery delivery but requests ignored and was given a refund !”

Unfortunately, from looking through the email chain, it seems that the information we were receiving from the courier in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel differed from the information in which the courier was advising yourself. I do apologise for this and for any confusion/inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, in the event that a parcel is returned to sender by the courier, we are required to process a full refund under policy I'm afraid - I can see this has now been processed for yourself. “All my luggage is from IT, I have replaced two wheeled cases for eight wheeled for no other reason than ease of use, as this luggage is hard wearing and long lasting. The only slight issue has been the recent wheeled under seat bag, which is brilliant apart from only having handles where the zip is.. it would be much improved with a small cloth handle where the retractable handle for wheeling it is. Would 100% recommend this luggage.”
