I received the wrong size luggage and am still waiting for the correct one to arrive. The incorrect item has already been collected, and with an upcoming trip, I'm really hoping the right size is sent soon. So far, I haven’t received an update regarding the replacement.

However, please kindly be aware that we are required to collect the incorrect item prior to dispatching any further items as policy, therefore, with collection of the incorrect item only scheduled for 20/05 (yesterday), we would not have been able to dispatch any further items to yourself prior to this point. I can happily see that as your collection has now successfully occurred, your replacement item has been dispatched with the tracking information for this advised directly within the email chain. Very very poor service. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received my order and customer service have not been very helpful at all trying to locate where my order has gone. No offer of a new order to be sent out. Expected more from the customer service of a large company like IT.

Delivery extremely quick and product really high quality unfortunately due to size I decided to return, returns process was simple and items were pick up promptly (7th May) however the refund process is extremely poor, it’s now 20th May and refund is yet to be received! 1st notification following collection was 19th May advising my refund had been processed however it could take a further 10 working days for the funds to be received into my bank account!! Extremely disappointing and unfortunately would put me off ordering in the future

Email sent 14th May and had no acknowledgment see below. Hi, I ordered my luggage and paid for express luggage. Yodel received it on the 10th May it then sat at Lichfield depot from 10th -13th May with no movement. I finally received it yesterday 13th May and the condition of the box was awful please see attached photos, on opening the box it didn't even have any protective polythene on it. Fortunately the case was ok apart from a small stain on top of case. I have to accept this case as I am flying early hours tomorrow. Just thought would let you know the condition of the item/box delivered by Yodel.

We have used IT cases for over 10 years and only recently retired them after very good service when the wheels failed. We replaced them with two large IT softshell cases and look forward to many years of use. Good cases and a good price.

We have had several It cases over the years quick delivery good robust case and if you have a spare one It would be greatly appreciated. Seriously I would recommend these cases for the price they are excellent value.

My previous purchase was fine, hence two stars rather than none. This one has not arrived. The courier delivered it to a different address and cannot tell me where it is. ITLuggage have not responded to my request for help. They have requested a review! I will be contacting the credit card company. Not good enough.

The suitcase arrived with a damaged security lock. Seemed to have been tampered with as it’s covered in scratches and I cannot reset the pin. Still awaiting a response about the collection and refund process.

2weeks ago, We brought a large suitcase from you guys and absolutely loved it, loved the service and the price. We then last week brought a medium sized matching case, again great price, great service and fast delivery. We should have brought the three case bundle and got the hand luggage case. But that was our bad. Love, love love them.

The cases are poorly made and the material feels weak. The handles are stiched badly and will no doubt fall off at some point, I would not recommend this product. If it wasn't for the fact we were in dire need of a medium suitcase for a PGL trip, I would have sent them back.
