“Great cabin case easy to use”

“IT luggage were fine , prompt and did everything as expected , the delivery service however was less than perfect , Yodel tried delivering to the wrong address, made out the delivery had been refuded at point of delivery and managed to damage the packaging badly, exposing the cases to wear and tear in the delivery process, my outer case was dirty and marked from the open box that had been thrown around the veheilce and epot for 2 days .”

“Easy web site to use, good prices and quick delivery, I haven’t used my suitcases yet but they are very stylish and good quality, the wheels look sturdy too. I like the fact that the set of 3 cases all sit inside each other for storage.”

“Ordered two large suitcases. One was perfect. The other the retractable handle sticks and has to be forced to push all the way in. Husband had to take mechanism apart to fix and even now too stiff for me to use. This should have been picked up in quality control.”

“I love this company their suitcases are the best out there that are affordable. It just a shame they were sold out of the large size suitcase but I'm very happy with the cabin size one- IT Luggage Enthralled Burnt Ginger cabin Hardshell Suitcase. Would definitely recommend”
