“Absolutely awful. I purchased the case and the first time I used it, it didn’t even make it off the train in London before the handle broke, so had to make do on the holiday with a gaffer tapped and handle. I messaged their customer service department and while someone said they would send a new handle for me to fit the parts were in China, so would take some time to arrived. It’s now been over 2 months, no update from their customer service and I’ve since had to buy another case. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.”

“Luggage arrived promptly and ok. But you or your credit collectors made a test transfer from my credit card leading to suspected fraudulent use resulting in me having to cancel my card and get a replacement with a new number. Needless to say I'm not happy and will probably never use you again. An unhappy customer, Mark.”

“Weights of the cases were different, heavier in the leaflet enclosed compared with the website. The small case had no zip tag on the lining cover zip.”

“Purchased 3 piece luggage from it luggage on 17/11/2024 travelled on 27/11/2024 and guess what happened the zipper puller broke. Bought 3 grey and 3 purple in total 6 really disappointed in the quality”

“Really pleased with this beautiful 5 piece luggage set, fig colour is lovely. They seem sturdy, light and easy to manoeuvre. Got a great bargain in the sale. Hopefully they will last for years.”

“My parcel did not arrive because it stated the sender has not paid the fee, therefore I had to pay £5 and wait another day for my suit cases. Not a great experience”

“Case finally delivered 1 week after 1st advised, the packaging totally destroyed. The case did not have matching wheels. IT luggage advised that they would arrange collection Monday to Friday (I'm at work) and refund but they would deduct £5 from the refund total. I advised I do not have any packaging to return the case but they are not responding to my emails. I now have a defective product, no apologies and very poor customer service.”

Hi Catherine, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, I can see via the email chain that multiple routes for resolution have been offered, unfortunately, with no success. As advised within the email chain, the wheel on your case is simply missing the 'caps' which is merely a cosmetic issue and does not write the item off as inferior or defective, however, I do of course apologise for this matter nevertheless. As previously offered, we are more than happy to collect the case or provide a brand-new wheel for fitting, please be assured that the collection fee would not apply in this instance if this route was chosen, as also advised within the email chain - 'Please note, if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the £5.00 return fee will not apply'. Unfortunately, there are no further options we could possibly offer I'm afraid. Please do advise back via the email chain once you have decided how you feel best to proceed and we would be happy to assist with this. Many thanks

“I have always bought IT Luggage since 2019 as the quality was robust and light as a feather. However my recent purchase proved me wrong unfortunately. It has caused quite a lot of stress on holiday therefore I cannot recommend nor trust the brand again.”
