“The suitcase never arrived but I was promptly given a full refund and offered a free delivery should I decide to re-order. The extra free delivery was irrelevant as it was on free delivery (over £50) anyway, but since I like the brand and have used IT for many years, I decided to give IT the benefit of the doubt and reordered. I hope this time the suitcase DOES arrive.”

“Yodel failed to deliver my suitcase for over a week, and they then returned it to IT Luggage. I then had to contact IT Luggage to explain that I hadn't received my item. I received an email informing me that they had refunded my purchase. They didn't even offer to re-deliver, which is a shame, as I would have liked to have had the suitcase.”

“These cases are the 3rd pair of medium size , it soft cases over the last 20 years. They were durable and coped with travel to and fro across the world! They eventually got a bit scruffy so we decided to get new ones. I’m very happy with the cases, they look good, smart, well made and seem as robust as their predecessors! I also like the upgraded wheels, which I hope will make manoeuvring the full case much easier. I can’t comment further on their durability as I have yet to use them. Ordering and delivery was so easy, cases arrived the next day ( a Sunday), which was sooner than predicted, brilliant.”

“In April 2025 ordered a set of 3 suitcases which were on offer. Quick delivery. We used the large and medium cases for our holiday in May/June 2025. Unfortunately on return home we noticed that the zipper on the outer pocket on the medium case had come off and the pocket was hanging open. We hadn't used the pocket and we'd checked the cases on collection at the airport and all was well. We assumed that the damage had occurred on the shuttle bus from the airport to the car park. We had placed our cases in the luggage rack, and other passengers also loaded their luggage in the rack. The cases were within our sight for the whole journey. I contacted Customer Services on 9th June via the on line form and they requested further information as to how the damage actually occurred. As we didn't see it occur I relayed the above information. They agreed to replace the suitcase and arranged pick up which was fairly straight forward. They contacted me to say that the blue case was out of stock but was expected in July so I opted to wait. A few days later I received an email to say that a replacement was being sent out and could I choose best delivery date. When it arrived it was a black suitcase. I informed customer services that I wanted the blue case as it was a matching set and they arranged return of the black case. I said that I would contact them when the blue was back in stock and kept checking the website. On 11/8 I noted that the suitcase was back in stock so emailed to request delivery. I didn't receive a response so sent a further mail on 15/8. When I still didn't receive a response I completed a further customer services form on 18/8 and did receive a response to this. The replacement case was received yesterday 22/8. It's difficult to provide a score as we were happy with the suitcases on holiday but disappointed that a zipper could come off so easy. We've had 2 other IT suitcases for many years and they are still structurally sound but looking bit shabby as well used. We are happy that IT agreed to replace the suitcase but the process for obtaining the correct replacement wasn't great, definitely communication breakdown. I have opted for an 'Acceptable' score. Had it not been for the communication issues I would have been happy to say 'Very Good'”

“Was initially looking to purchase another brand of hard shell suitcases until I saw these IT cases for a much lower price. Highly delighted with them, more spacious than I anticipated and glide perfectly because of the spinner wheels! Also purchased two covers to protect them which are also very good value for money.”
