Good quality looks better than the pictures

This is the second purchase (different colour) of this piece of luggage for the younger brother of a grandson who loved his luggage gift. This is just the right size for clothes and teddies and easily managed in airports and on footpaths. Very robust, well designed and made and looking like the cases will last until the boys grow out of them.

The worst customer service ever, no response to emails, continuous delivery attempts CANCELLED would never shop from the website again better off going to matalan at least they value customers

This is the second piece of IT luggage I have purchased, it is excellent quality and delivered very quickly. However the luggage label was broken in transit so I texted customer service and the got back to me immediately with apologies and assurance that they will sort it out. The damaged part is on order and they have kept in touch. Excellent prompt service, these days, a rarity!!

It's good. Good maneuvering of wheels. It's better if there is a better lock system to the outside sips (except the main one). That's the only shortcoming I saw. The available locking for the outer sips is not enough considering safety measures. The rest of the bag is exceptionally good. Thank you!

Love our cases they are so beautiful and really hold a lot more that other cases we have had, very spacious inside, I would definitely recommend buying IT luggage really worth the money .

This is one of the finest suitcases I have ever purchased. It boasts a robust construction and premium-quality materials both inside and out. The size is ideally suited for extended travel, offering ample space without compromising portability. I highly recommend it to frequent travellers. I can't write a review as having waited in at home on 3 separate occasions, within the times slot I was told and more, I still haven't received my luggage. I have emailed you to cancel the order and requester a refund. The delivery company was Yodel so I would certainly query dealing with them. I await your remarks.

Hello, I placed an order on your official website on 10th September and paid £5.99 for Next Day Delivery. However, my parcel has been repeatedly delayed by Yodel, and despite contacting them, I still haven’t received my suitcase. I also sent an email to your customer service but haven’t received a reply. Since I am moving tomorrow, this has become very urgent. Could you please help escalate this with Yodel and ensure I either receive my suitcase today or provide me with a solution?
