“On line order arrived in 5 days via Evri. Delivery was good as our local Evri chap is brill. Well packaged. Cabin case was delivered inside the medium case. The cases are a lovely colour and very light. Zips work well and combination lock was easy to set.”

“Was initially very pleased, nice quality, good size which matched my requirements for the airline and arrived quickly as needed in a hurry. Only problem I realised on the day of travel is that the handle doesn’t extend very highu at all, so I had to carry my case throughout the whole trip! Really disappointed, wish I could return.”

“This has been my first time ordering with IT Luggage, and it's been a good experience. I was happy to receive a 15% discount code on my first order, which I used on a more expensive suitcase since my initial search was for a cabin bag. The only thing I don't like is the minimum spend for free delivery, since most cabin suitcases are below £50”

“Haven't used it yet bought it for my holiday next week. Love the interior leopard print always my passion. The pockets are roomy so I will feel very organised. Not carrying heavy bag on plane which I always find hard and will fit nicely under seat.”

“Revised review….. I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I ordered on 31/07/3025. Parcel arrived 05/09/2025 and I was unable to collect due to being out of the country. Item got returned and still waiting for customer services to contact me After reaching out via channels I wish I hadn’t had too, customer services finally got in touch and dealt with my complaint and issued a refund. “Having purchased 2 sets of IT Luggage for our trip to Australia for myself and my wife On the large suitcase of my wife's when we came to retrieve this off the carousel one of the zipped lock that goes into the combination lock was simply sheered off Probably this is a fault with the location of the combination lock assembly is on the side rather than on the top side of the suitcase”

“Damaged item sent Impossible to Speak to anyone Ask for a return and refund or a replacement if you have an I damaged item the same as the one that was sent Recieved a reply saying there would be a collection but nothing about a refund or a replacement so I don’t know what is happening Terrible communication and no one replies to the emails with the queries”

Please be aware that we are email based and we do advise of a 24-48hr response period. “Ordered 2 x eco mint suitcases. I ordered a medium when i should have ordered a large , i contact customer services and they sorted out the return courier. I reordered the correct size. which arrived superior fast . Really impressed with the quality and absolutely love the colour .”
