“I ordered a travel bag and came without a strap, email and complaint but i have been ignored. This is the worst company i deal with cos their customer servise is not exsist. Still i dont have the strap😤😔 AVOID AVOID”

“I'm sad to say that the suitcase I bought turned out to be completely different from what I expected. I have two IT suitcases, one is almost 20 years old, and if it weren't for a recently broken wheel, I wouldn't have replaced it. It's one of the best suitcases I've ever owned. The smaller one is in excellent condition, despite its many travels. Unfortunately, the one I ordered turned out to be a complete failure. What happened to you guys? The new suitcases have lost their quality.”

“I don't recommend. I haven't received my order - I'm traveling in less than 5 days. I placed this order two weeks in advance. Yodel doesn't deliver my package. IT luggage doesn't seem to care to make things right in getting the item delivered to me. I'm actually very disappointed, because a family member recommended me it luggage. And I was looking forward to receiving my order. But it's not good enough, the couriers they use aren't reliable. They lie about saying they had attempted delivery and no one was at home, when it's clearly a lie. And to make things worse there's no customer support number - everything is handled via chat, even yodel they only work via chat.”

“Happy with my purchase, appears sturdy, not planning on using until Xmas so can’t comment on performance through baggage handling at the airport! Hopefully removing the wheels (which is easy) will lengthen its life. Only issue was delivery- carrier left right outside the front door in full view of the street - asked for side door delivery out of sight.”

“On line order arrived in 5 days via Evri. Delivery was good as our local Evri chap is brill. Well packaged. Cabin case was delivered inside the medium case. The cases are a lovely colour and very light. Zips work well and combination lock was easy to set.”
