“Purchased a full set, shipping was very quick and items were well packaged. However the largest case was damaged, stitching coming apart on the two top corners. I emailed straightaway and heard nothing for over a week. I then went through the process on the website for a damaged item. Again weeks later, I have heard nothing. I would just like to exchange that one case for one that isn’t faulty.”

“This is my second IT Lykke case I’ve bought. The previous one was a hold bag and this is a carry on size. Got it as I’ve never had an issue with the first and this looks just as good. Weights next to nothing and the wheels are so smooth.”

“After purchasing a pair of suitcases the service was exempluary and the quality and lightness of the suitcases better than I expected. Two things mired my experience though: Firstly, the suitcases I actually really wanted due to colour and style, weren't available but I was lead to believe that they would re-stocked shortly so I sent a request to be notified when they did arrive. A few months went past and several emails chasing them, they dissappeared from the Website never to appear again so I had to choose what I considered to be a poorer choice. Then the second fly in the ointment came up, the delivery. Although IT Luggage dispatched them within hours of my order, their choice of courier was poor. Yodal was the courier, first they said they will be delivered on the Tuesday, which suited me as I was away for the weekend, then, on the Saturday morning when I was about to leave home, I received a message that the suitcases would be delivered that afternoon when I was away. I immediately used the app to have them delivered on Monday instead, which was confirmed. Monday came and went, no suitcases and no update on the app. Customer services said they will escalate and inform me when they are due. No message came. Then on Tuesday afternoon I received a call from the courier's driver who 'couldn't find' me, I guided him in. When he arrived I questioned him as to why he didn't use my 'What Three Words' address which was not only on their system but also written on the delivery label. He said he knows nothing about that system and insisted that 'What Three Words' didn't exist on their system despite what the label said. He was also quite rude and dismissive. Then I noticed that the box the luggage came in was very battered, holes all over the sides and the top was partially open and it looked like that it had been opened and poorly taped back up again. I could even see both wheels of one side of the case it was that open. I took loads of photos of the damaged box incase the cases were damaged, fortunately they weren't. I tried complaining to Yodal but the only way to do that was via the website and by using less than 300 charactors, to me that shows that they don't want to hear complaints, or at least too many, because 300 charactors is only enough just to introduce yourself and not to make much of a complaint! Let's hope Inpost, who have just bought Yodal, can resolve all their issues. I've always had issues for years in the past when Yodal has delivered anything, it seems not to have changed yet!!!”

“I love my new case. Bright happy colour scheme and masses of space inside with 2 outside pockets. I already bought the small size and was very happy with that. I bought an it case years ago and it's still going strong but time to update my luggage. Thank you”
