“My order never arrived. When I tracked it, it said DPD had refused my parcel and had requested it be sent back to IT Luggage. I emailed IT Luggage to say it had been refused. I asked why this happened and would it be send back out! I had no explanation and given a refund! They offered free delivery if I re-ordered, I had to ask twice if I were to re-order would it actually be delivered this time but they avoided answering my question both times and kept telling me they had given me a refund, which I was fully aware and that was not the question I was asking! If they had reassured me that my order would arrive then I would have re-ordered but they didn't! After the poor service I received I will not be ordering from them again”

On our behalf, unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to 100% guarantee delivery I'm afraid, as once a parcel is handed over to the courier this is then out of our hands, with our faith put in the courier to fulfil the delivery as contracted. “After an initial hiccup relating to one of the cases I purchased, itLuggage came up trumps and resolved the issue to my satisfaction, so, can't ask fairer than that. The cases I purchased appear to be of very good quality, stylish and the weight can't be beaten by any other luggage retailer in this price range.”

“Lovely compact case ideal for overnight stay or on airline. Small enough to suit all airlines but suggest anyone double checks to make sure as rules change so often. Love the colour contrast”

“Not happy with service. Ordered a kids cabin bag for a present from my grandson. Received the package to find it is the wrong case entirely. Still waiting to receive the correct case 10 days after ordering!”

Hi Jayne, Many thanks for your email. I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect item in regard to your recent order. However, I can see via the email chain that the first correspondence received from yourself regarding this was as of 12/03, only 4 working days ago. During the period between receiving your first correspondence and now, I can see that collection of the incorrect item has been arranged and should have now gone ahead. Once we have received confirmation that the collection was successful, the correct item will then be dispatched - this is being confirmed with the warehouse as of currently. “Very happy with our new cases from IT. They are super light, exactly as described and well packaged. They arrived so quickly. They are replacing two IT case purchased at least 10years ago as one finally gave up after being dropped by someone in baggage handling. Here's to the next 10years of happy trips.”

“The actual luggage is great but customer service very poor. Ordered two suitcases last year which I’m very happy with and so decided to add to them. No mention made on the website that they changed the colour and material. Still called the same name. When I returned them due to this they charged me return costs. I am not happy”

Hi Sharon, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, as advised via the email chain, the clear difference between the 'new' and 'old' Legion styles can be clearly seen on our website prior to purchase via the new and updated images in which show in detail the difference in the logo, colour difference and difference in material finish (no longer matte). Therefore, as no fault was present within the item(s) itself, the return cost remained in place as per our returns policy. I do apologise that we could not be of further assistance on this occasion.
