“This is a replacement bag as the original was getting a bit tatty. The purple colour makes it stand out on the luggage carousel and the pull out handle was kept in place with a luggage band. It has survived being transported to Australia. Well worth the money.”

“I recently purchased a suitcase, but unfortunately, it was defective. The telescopic handle did not consistently extend or retract, which I suspect may be due to a loose fastener in the handle assembly. This made it difficult to trust that the handle would retract properly at check-in, when required. As a result, I had to return the bag for an exchange. Furthermore, I just received an automated subscription email offering a 15% discount on my next purchase. This made me think that, as a gesture of goodwill, you should have extended a similar offer for the suitcase I recently purchased, especially considering the issues with the first case. I may be more receptive to future offers.”

However, I am happy to hear that this matter has now been resolved with a replacement provided. In regard to the discount email mentioned, please kindly be aware that this discount is for use on first orders and full-priced items only.
