“Okay,, first suitcase was faulty as handly kept locking when tried to extend it upwards. Return was not easy to organise, packaged up, was asked to send video, declined, no control over pickup by Yodel, first one didn't turn up ALL DAY, second one didn't turn up when they said and we had no control over the time, we didn't even get an advance email. Took too long to return, no other options than a pick up, still not got the refund after many days even though I had the email to say it will be coming. Oh and I didn't get postage refdunded. Second product did not arrive on time via Evri, 3 days late. Refunded my postage but terrible”

On our behalf, please kindly be aware that all refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date of the successful collection taking place, therefore, as your collection took place on 11/03, the refund should be expected by 25/03. However, I can happily see that this was processed as of 18/03 for you - you should have received email confirmation of this. However, nevertheless, I would like to pass on my sincere apologies for any inconvenience the return process may have caused yourself. “The online ordering process was quick and simple. The cases themselves appear to be good quality and I got them at a very good price. My only slight issue, is that the delivery time was 5-7 working days when I placed the order, which was perfect for me with regards to my shifts. However, the cases turned up the next day and I was given less than hours notice of the delivery. Whilst it is obviously amazing to get them the next day, it was also extremely difficult to get someone to my house in time to receive the delivery.”

“Good looking case, fairly lightweight, only dissapointment was no built in locking system like my other IT cases. The delivery was very quick indeed, box a bit bashed but case good.”
