“We have always used IT Luggage to go on holiday, until last year when we bought what we thought was a quality hardshell suitcase just to find out it was not and it let my wife down on an important family related holiday. We are over the moon to have bought yet again an IT hardshell medium plus suitcase and it is of the highest class of workmanship and will hopefully serve us as well as our last 3 did. Great price, great quality, great delivery.”

“I ordered 2 identical suitcases on a Monday night & they were delivered first thing Wednesday morning by Yodel. The driver ensured I was the correct customer & address. The cases are as described. Very pleased with them Regards Jules”

“Lovely case sadly badly packaged so the courier opened the package and went through it ripping open bag inside and when I contacted IT their answer was you can send it back but it cost you £5 in postage not quite the customer service you’d hope for with the company like this”

“Love our new luggage. So easy to move around with the wheels. The handles are just the right height too. Bought medium case and cabin bags for both myself and husband, they are brilliant. Would definitely recommend. So light too. Thanks.”

“Very fast delivery. Lovely colour but one case arrived damaged. We asked for an exchange urgently but they only arranged collection and I'm waiting for my replacement. If they had explained I would have purchased a replacement immediately and waited for the refund for the damaged case.”
