Great rucksack-like the side zipped area and the inside provides plenty space for laptops IT equipment very serviceable would recommend.

It is a cute concept but as an airplane travel bag, and for travel with only it as luggage - No, it won't travel with me as much as my old bag did. I have never had a bag refused because it wouldn't fit in the overhead bins before. My first trip, my bag was immediately yellow-tagged. It was too high for the bins on the smaller jet I was travelling on. Inside support: the two internal straps are of unequal length and when the bag is full, the back straps can't be reached to do up. Also the width of the bag does not allow easy flat packing of trousers. The bag is also not fully expandable. On the positive side the front handle is useful. The bottom pocket zip I only see as an easy way to lose things. The material stains easily. I wouldn't buy it again.

I reported my suitcase was damaged. I received a very quick response. The matter was dealt with quickly and a replacement suitcase sent out to me.

I am very disappointed that I’m trying to return one of the 3 items I purchased . I cannot find a phone number and have completed 3 forms and never hear back.. I am left with a huge case that I don’t want, I did want to exchange for next size down

Great practical luggage and stylish. More room for clothes than any other suitcase I've had. The underseat bag is brilliant, I got both mine and my husband's essentials so no need for two bags. Being able to take the wheels off is such a bonus. No more broken wheels and damaged suitcases from airlines moving bags. If I had to be really picky it would be nice to have zipper covers on both sides of the suitcase inside, but as long as you pack your clothes in the side with the stretchy clip nothing moves. My husband put all his toiletries and shoes in that side and when he opened his case they all fell out 😂. Great purchase and even better value for money with the special offer.

I have been searching for a small carry on bag which has wheels and is still light. Finally I spotted this one on the website, really pleased with construction and space it delivers. Haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will do everything I need. I have a bigger cabin bag and a large extra light suitcase which have always worked well.

Ordered a case 8 days ago, used it for one 2 day short trip to Paris (55 minute flight) and the case already has lots of signs of damages. The durability should be able to withstand multiple journeys before breaking. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the suitcase and will be purchasing a new one elsewhere.

Unfortunately, damage caused by an airline/3rd party is not covered under warranty, as clearly stated within our warranty policy. We would advise that the airline in which damaged your suitcase is best contacted directly if you wish to make a claim. Service is very good, good communication if there is a problem. Staff supported me when items didn't arrive due to the delivery service. Luggage is really good quality,went for cabin size this time.

Hi Sarah, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. In regard to the parcel, I can see that we have received CCTV footage kindly provided by yourself in which shows the courier delivering the parcel without anyone available to sign for this, however, there is no evidence that we have seen or has been provided by yourself in which shows the parcel leaving your property from this point onwards. Therefore, although the courier did not follow the correct process in regard to delivering with a signature, for which I can again only apologise on their behalf, as there is no evidence of the parcel being removed or stolen - no evidence of this also confirmed by yourself within the email chain - we would be unable to proceed with a claim or refund in this instance I'm afraid. If evidence can be provided of the above, we of course would be more than happy to look into this further for you. Furthermore, we are more than happy to continue to assist the best we can in regard to this matter via the email chain, should further assistance be required - please kindly refer back to the email chain where the most recent update has been provided as of this morning.
