“Refund system non existent … there is NO telephone number do I can speak to someone in person to explain my situation . Once they have your money they are NOT interested . have sent 5 messages only to have the same reply !!! I tried to explain I can’t send e-mails that the courier dropped my parcels off late at night at the office instead of at the lodge address in the dark and wet night .. if I hadn’t gone over to investigate the cases would have been ruined”

Hi Sue, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties arranging your return. I can see via the 2x emails received from yourself that the necessary information has been received and a collection date has now been confirmed back in return. As advised via the email chain, 'if you do not have access to a printer, please write the main points from the returns form, on a piece of paper' and pop this inside your return parcel. Furthermore, please kindly be aware that we do operate exclusively via email chain. Man thanks

“Main inner compartment zip broken when I unpacked this case. As it arrived the day before my trip I had to use it but will be contacting them on my return. Very disappointed as 'it' luggage is a main manufacturer of luggage. I would have expected the case to be inspected before shipment.”

“Excellent suitcases, not yet tested for travel but well made and exactly the right size for packing our folding bikes. However, delivery by Yodel was very poor. Despite instructions to leave with a neighbour as we would be out, the delivery person broke open our garden gate and left the parcels in a garden shed, only identified from the photograph taken by the delivery person. That was only obtainable from the Yodel app, which I had to download. Don't use Yodel!”

“IT luggage is my favourite suitcase to buy when I'm travelling abroad. I prefer 8 wheel style and this offers me the ease to roll the suitcase when checking in at the airport and upon arrival.”

“Tried to buy a Slider Cabin to match the one we already had. Had to settle for a Legion instead. That's OK but new locking system is tricky to use. Main problem is EVRI delivery company. It took them four days to deliver after they said they had it for delivery saying difficulties with destination access. We were here at all times. Eventually arrived two hours earlier than the predicted time slot..”

“Excellent quality product and a very good price. Recommend paying for delivery to avoid EVRI delivery which was free but let this company down.”

“So we purchased a Cabin bag from IT luggage, which had clearly not been checked before sending as parts missing, etc so we contacted customer service who were most unhelpful no apology and very poor communication. Even after the item was returned there was no communication. I was was told there would be a pre call 24 to 48 hours before collection but this never happened.”

Hi Mick, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, I can see that the customer service team were in frequent communication with yourself in order to arrange your collection and resolve this matter, with all information regarding the collection provided within the 24-48hr time frame stated. As advised within the email chain 'A member of our team will be in contact with you 24-48 hours before the collection date ( 11th October )', with a member of the customer service team then contacting you on 10/10 with the relevant collection date and tracking information, within the 24-48hr time frame. Following on from the above, I can see that the team also attempted to contact yourself on 2x occasions after the collection had taken place but did not receive a response. Please kindly be aware that refunds take approximately 10 days from collection to be processed, however, should you require any further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to get back in touch. “The suitcase looks great, although I haven't used it yet. The reason I gave only three stars is related to the courier from Evri, who left the package in an unsecured place and did not deliver it to the specified address.”
