“Update, was contacted by customer support this morning (Monday), they also had no luck tracking down my delivery, and as such issued a full refund and apology. Can not fault them at all in how easily they delt with this, even though it would have been preferable to recive the item. I will use them again in the future as they have been very helpful and upfront about the whole thing. Haven't recived it yet, been chasing Yodel for updates, even drove half an hour to the local depot only to be told it wasn't there. Emailed IT Luggage customer service on Friday afternoon for assistance in chasing it down, had an acknowledgement of my email but not actually had a response from a person. Hoping this can all be resolved on Monday as we fly Thursday and obviously need the case by then.”

“Not happy with the service. No contact number to speak to someone over the phone. Everything is through email. Sent the wrong size suitcase and now expected to collect for my refund and the delivery guy couldn't find my location. Did not ring to tell me so I wanted all day for nothing. I've never used any other brand suitcase but it was always because I went into store and purchased them. I won't be buying again from it which I'm gutted about”

“Ordering and despatch were good. The luggage had several scuffs and scratches when received. Contacting customer services was not easy as there is no phone number. Using the email contact makes life more complicated. It's very frustrating.”

“I purchased a set of three which arrived last week and they were absolutely lovely suitcases ❤️ The delivery was very quick from the day I purchased, however one of my cases (cabin) had a faulty handle and I had messaged IT not sure how long I'd wait to hear from them and in less than 4 minutes they had responded and by next day sent me a returns label so they can collect and send me a replacement case!!! Amazing customer service, thank you for being so prompt 😀”
