“Brought the suitcase 5 days later I'm packing for a holiday which I'm going away this Thursday. As I was zipping up the inner pocket zip the zip came off it's track. I've sent an email for a warranty claim on the 12th October but I've still had no reply.”

“Needed new large 4-wheel suitcase. Did much research. Settled on it. I rated it (and still do) as the best balance of quality, style, features, lightness and best of all, price. In my opinion a truly excellent product. To cap it off it arrived super quick, as promised.”

“I loved my new suitcases. The only down side is that the Large Suitcase has the black label IT upside down, which is a little bit annoying. Ive decided to keep it because I dont have time to send it back and get a new one.”

“I paid an extra fee for expedited shipping and my delivery still arrived much later than stated, the items themselves are wonderful, sturdy and larger than expected which is great.”

I can see that your order was placed on a Sunday, your order would therefore, not have been processed until Monday, meaning the express (2-day) shipping would have been expected to arrive on the Wednesday, however, your parcel was not delivered until the Thursday. “IT Luggage deserve 5✨️ they pulled it out the bag. We had slight problem with the lock but were going in 2 days, customer services sprang into action sent requires part all fixed. An all so easy with customer service.”

“The XL interior volume looks to be large enough to fit all my ski boots, helment, and I still have enough room to put all my ski and non ski clothes in it, and it'll save me splitting it all into three seperate luggage holders.”
