“The IT website itself is a great easy-to-use. But think, that the barcode/warranty should be included in the suitcase on the tag saying made in China, instead of on a swing tag, that you can easily throw away.”

“Luggage from IT good set however ordered 2 sets and only received 1, otherwise would give more stars. Still waiting, contacted Yodel and they seem to have lost the parcel. Disappointing as I ordered them for a long trip in 5 days time. I'm hoping they arrive in time!”
