“I ordered suitcases for a trip and paid extra for express delivery, as we were going abroad that week. The suitcases did not arrive and as such we were forced to borrow some luggage from family. IT refused to accept responsibility, blaming the courier and to date have issued no refund as promised!”

Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. I can see via the email chain that you advised that if the parcel was not set to arrive by tomorrow (12/12) you would have to make alternate arrangements, therefore, as confirmed by my colleague, the response from Yodel detailed how they were, unfortunately, dealing with delays and in longer words could not 100% confirm delivery by the required date, in light of this your full refund was processed on 13/12, in order to not hinder any alternate arrangements that needed to be made. “The suit case is really good just what i ordered, but the delivery was poor took 10 days to arrive, when it should have been with me in five working days”

“The suitcases are fabulous. I love them, a great deal - set of 4. Ideal for larger families. Super lightweight. Very tasteful design. The packaging was clever. The delivery was brilliant too. Came within a few days. Really happy with my purchase.”

“hello team, was very much excited to use my new IT luggage on my trip, but got disappointed to notice the IT badge has fallen off the suitcase from first trip. really unhappy and it looks ugly with 2 holes on the face of the suitcase. how you solve this issue ? thank you basil”

“The glitzy medium plus is a great travel suitcase it moves with ease on its 8 wheels and the vanity case sits nicely on the extendable handle. Over all it's a very good product well made by IT luggage. I can seriously recommend the suitcase and the company that makes it, thank you IT luggage 🙂.”

“Not impressed with the delivery of my suitcase! The box was just left on my door step, no knock on the door......we were home. When we noticed the box on the door step, we could see that the box had been opened, (which is why he just left the box without knocking) & the box was a bit battered. Perhaps our new suitcase was not to their liking?”

“Terrible service ordered on the 26th November for a birthday on the 11th Dec Still nothing arrived. (12th) Customer service so slow to respond. Apparently a second one is on its way but may as well be woth Santa and his reindeers. Ive had no updates or tracking numbers......”

“I have purchased IT Luggage in the past (direct from a store) and I believe it to be the best luggage I have ever used. I have not yet received my current order and therefore cannot comment on that particular item.”
