“Sadly the courier lost the first order of 2 cases. IT instantly refunded, I reordered and they sent it out free on 24 hr delivery with another company. I was impressed with the customer care and the cases”

“Lovely suitcases in a beautiful blue colour! We bought large, this is plenty big enough for a 2 week holiday! Will look at getting the smaller size as a carry on bag to make up the set.”

“Something went wrong with my delivery and it ended up being returned to sender, but IT Luggage sorted it out promptly and fairly. Just wish they would use a different delivery company!”

“Been trying to get someone to answer my phone call to explained why they have changed the zips does not match my other two cases I’ve bought five cases from It Luggage won’t be buying any more why can’t they answer my phone call😡”

“Great size for carrying onto aircraft and also very lightweight. Will fit under the seat easily. A choice of a carry handle, shoulder strap and also fits onto your suitcase handle. I have always been very pleased with IT LUGGAGE.”

“Still waiting for customer service to get back to us as are suitcases only after the 1st use is dented and damage. We thought they were supposed to be strong? We are now in June still no reply”

“Excellent packaging and prompt posting. Initially ordered the medium size but need a case for, mainly coach tours, so the bigger cabin size suitcase is perfect. Case is deep but, to check, packed the case as though for a trip and it comfortably accommodated everything I normally pack. This case is super lightweight and even packed with toiletries, it is easy for me to carry and the 8 wheels just round this little gem off to perfection. The lining is funky with adjustable straps for securing contents. Three pockets with a longer, zipped pocket on the inside lid. Outside is a zipped deep compartment/pocket which will be used for magazines/travel itinerary/or a book or two. Effective lock is simple to use. A real classy number in black with rose gold finishes.”

“I do like IT luggage,used it for years and other makes for the same price, don 't match up to the quakity. I've never known why, the internal straps go from side and not top to bottom, as this would stop items falling down in case. The cases I boight this fime are excellent value for money and have a ten year guarantee, so hoprfully they'll ladt a few years.”

“Was an issue with my suitcase when it arrived it was damaged i contacted them immediately to get a replacement and they took ages to respond do i didn't have chance to use it for my holiday. Waste of money”

However, I can see via the email chain that when a convenient date for collection of the returning item was requested, 27/05 was advised by yourself. Therefore, as we are unable to dispatch any further items/replacements prior to a collection taking place (under policy), we would only be able to dispatch your replacement after the successful collection has taken place on 27/05. I can only apologise that, in turn, this means that your replacement will not arrive in time for your upcoming travels.
