“My only issue is I selected the smaller case and somehow the next size up was put in my basket. I'd ordered next day delivery so it was too late to cancel. I'll just use it for storage now as I didn't need one this size and the hassle of return deterred me. Otherwise it's a really good case, top quality and fast delivery via Royal mail which is a bonus helping me decide to buy.”

“Didn't receive the suitcase. For some reason it was returned to sender without an attempt to deliver, it was a Christmas present and now it's too late to order another one”

“We ordered two suitcases from IT Luggage. Neither of them survived their first holiday. The locks broke on both of the suitcases - one on the first flight, and one on the third flight. This is incredibly disappointing as these cases are not cheap. We won't be buying from this brand again.”
