“I bought the luggage for a trip, it was my first time I used the medium one, and the second time I was closing that it tore!! It was very disappointing, I want to return what I bought and want a full refund!”

“Very informative throughout!! I still have a long-term complaint about replacing broken wheels My idea is that cases should be designed to be easily removed with some sort of security.”

“My original order was lost in transit, I contacted the customer service team who offered a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement on the understanding it came before Christmas. The parcel was delivered the next, excellent service, thank you so much. This is a gift for Christmas and will be greatly received.”

“I ordered this item and it was shipped next day after a week it still hadn't arrived I emailed you and asked if you could help the reponse was quick and you sorted it all out within two days I received the luggage. Excellent service.”
