Was asked to review a bit to soon However the luggage is light and has a spacious interior. Not used them yet but feel confident that they will be to busy enough to survive the throwing of cases by baggage handlers

I’m sorry to say that we are quite disappointed with the quantity of our luggage. I will be sending over an email with photo attached to show that our cabin case came with a broken handle and I find the zips quite awkward.

Suitcases are wonderful but returns process is a bit clunky. I ordered a case too big, was told this would be easily sorted. Courier never turned up for the collection and customer service’s resolution is that I just try rebooking it and wait in all day on another day, which isn’t really an acceptable resolution for this issue.

Ordered the Striving 3 piece set in Ocean. Very easy to order. Kept well informed about the delivery. Really pleased with the look, weight and quality of the cases. Excellent.

THERE IS NOT A RATING LOW ENOUGH TO REPRESENT THE TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY. ORDERED A NEST OF 5 CASES THAT WERE NOT CHEAP, TWO OF THEM WERE DAMAGED AND MEANT TO BE BRAND NEW. (TOOK A DAY OFF WORK TO ACCOMODATE DELIVERY) I HAD TO GO THROUGH A WHOLE RIGMAROLE OF RETURNING THE CASES, WHICH TOOK NEARLY TWO WEEKS. (TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK TO ACCOMODATE COLLECTION) FOLLOWING THIS, RECEIVED CASES WAS HAPPY AND LIKED THE DESIGN, ESPECIALLY AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD A FULL MATCHING SET OF CASES, AFTER AROUND 6 MONTHS AND A FEW TRIPS, THE INTERIOR OF TWO OF THE CASES BEGAN TO COME AWAY AT THE SEEMS. REPORTED TO IT LUGGAGE WHO REQUESTED PHOTO'S AND THEN VIDEOS; AS THOUGH THEY WERE SURPRISED. THEY COLLECTED MY CASES TWO MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM BACK. HAD TWO TRIPS TO GO AND AND HAD TO BUY NEW CASES AS THEY TOOK MY TWO LARGEST CASES. (TOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK TO ACCOMODATE COLLECTION) I REQUESTED THEY SEND ME MY BROKEN CASES TO USE TEMPORARILY UNTIL MY REPLACEMENT CAME TO BE TOLD THEY CANNOT FIND MY CASES ( WHAT THEY MEANT WAS, AS STAFF MEMBER NOW HAS THEM) AS AFOREMENTIONED HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON NEW TEMPORARY CASES. THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN I WAS SET TO RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENTS AS THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK. KEPT EMAILING THEM AND THEY COULD NOT ANSWER ME. WENT ON THERE WEBSITE TO SEE THEY ARE STIL SELLING MY CASES AND THAT THEY ARE IN STOCK. SENT A SCREENSHOT OF MY CASES ON THEIR WEBSITE. FOR THEM TO THE REALISE MY CASES WERE BOTH IN STOCK. THEY THEN SEND THE CASES OUT AS TWO SEPARATE DELIVERIES HAD TO TAKE TWO MORE DAYS OFF WORK TO ACCOMODATE THIS. THEY THEN SEND THE INCORRECT SIZE SUITCASES AS THE REPLACEMENTS, ANOTHER COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CASES. THEY HAVE REQUESTED I COMPLETED A RETURNS FORM, I HAVE NO PRINTER AND HAVE BEEN UNWELL SO REQUESTED THEY SEND THE FORM... THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST, STILL HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY CASES AND STILL IGNORING MY EMAILS. IN TOTAL I HAVE TAKEN A WEEK OFF WORK TO ACCOMODATE SHEER INCOMPETENCE AND BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS. DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR FINANCES AND NOT WORTH THE STRESS.

Hi Bridget, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Unfortunately, I can see that there seems to be a lot of confusion within the email chain due to multiple different-sized cases mentioned and no clear indication on what has been returned/received on your end. To clarify, within your email dated 17/03, it was advised that 2x Large cases were to be returned. The following day, within your email dated 18/03, it was then confirmed that 1x Large and 1x Medium case were to be returned. This information was then re-confirmed on multiple occasions following this email within our emails dated 02/04, 03/04 and 14/04. Therefore, as 1x Large and 1x Medium replacements seemed to be required, and this is to our knowledge the size of the items in which were returned with no correction regarding this point received from your end, the replacements were dispatched accordingly. Following this, within your email dated 23/05, we were then advised that the size of the suitcase replacements received was in fact incorrect, and 2x Large replacements were required instead. It was then advised again within our emails dated 24/05 and 28/05 that, by our knowledge, 1x Large and 1x Medium were in fact the cases required, although it was also confirmed that we would be happy to collect the necessary and arrange for 2x Large replacements instead if you wish. However, in your response also dated 28/05, it was then advised that the replacements in which you have received consist of 1x Medium and 1x 'Small' (Cabin). Collection of these items has been arranged for yourself nevertheless. As detailed above, Large, Medium and Cabin sizes have all been mentioned within the email chain, with no confirmation on which is the correct information. In regard to the returns form, and as advised clearly within the email chain, if you do not have access to a printer, you may simply handwrite the necessary information on a piece of paper and place this inside of the returning parcel instead. Furthermore, in regard to returning the originally returned items to yourself, and as also advised within the email chain, as it is not usual process for returned items to be re-dispatched back out to a customer, the warehouse were unable to locate these I'm afraid. As marked as faulty returns, these are likely to have been processed accordingly, immediately upon their arrival within the warehouse. I do hope this helps to clarify a few points. Once the further collection of the incorrect replacements has occurred, the correct 2x Large replacements will be dispatched accordingly. Please be assured that the customer service team have been attempting to resolve this matter as quickly as possible for you with the information provided from your end, as clearly demonstrated within the above points, and will continue to do so until your correct replacements have been received. I have to say this is the first time I have had a problem with my IT Luggage . The wheels look like it was used. And one of the the suitcase have scratches on it

It was simple to order, the I had to contact them 4 times after 2 weeks of not receiving the suitcase to be told it has been lost and they cannot simply resend one, but I was issued a refund without asking for one and told I had to reorder it and if I did then I could claim the original postage back, I didn’t even have to go on holiday for my bag to get lost!!!!

The suitcases themselves are fab. My only issue is the amount of scratches and marks on the cases when they arrived! I'm.not sure if this was down to transportation as the box was pretty bashed but ye disappointing to start off with scratches and marks i got all 3 in the sale for £130 and they are a beautiful cas!

Ordered 2 large and 2 cabin Leigon suitcases.Unpacked all case 1 Large case had scuffs, dints, and marks all over. Sent back and a replacement sent. Replacement case was in a worse state than the one which was sent back. Excellent cases but very poor checks on good being sent out.

I ordered a suitcase for my partner I was that impressed I got my self one. Ordering process very good but the logistics company you use are terrible(Yodel). My suitcase got delivered to my old address and took me all morning to sort it out and pick it up.
