“The luggage itself is great. Quick delivery and lovely suitcase. The only issue is that I could have bought the same size case in Tesco's cheaper. That was disappointing. On a positive , this one does have removable wheels which is a bonus .”

“Love, love, love my new flyte bag, my husband bought his many years ago and I sort of took it as my own about 5 years ago! We are off to Italy in a couple of weeks and he has decided to use his this time. I took a look at the new version in plum and love saw this as my new case straight away! Easy to order, arrived earlier than said and it's gorgeous! Incredibly well made and beautiful colour!!! Thank you”

The zip located within the inner lining of the suitcase simply does not come with a zip pull attached by design. This is to ensure that this zip remains discrete and does not catch onto any of your belongings. I hope this helps to clarify! “Delighted with my purchase and customer services couldn't have been more helpful with getting my suitcase to me. It got lost somewhere along the way so they immediately sent another one and offered next day delivery for free. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again”

“I just received my Indulging Cabin bag, and upon unboxing I noticed a scratch near the handle. It’s disappointing to see a visible mark on a brand-new cabin bag. Since I need to travel in three days, I don’t have enough time to return it or request a refund.”

“Original order was misplaced. I didn't receive it. A refund wasn't offered when I informed them of this misplacement until I requested a refund. I had to reorder my items. I would have preferred a replacement instead of waiting for a refund to reorder.”
