“Ordered 2 x eco mint suitcases. I ordered a medium when i should have ordered a large , i contact customer services and they sorted out the return courier. I reordered the correct size. which arrived superior fast . Really impressed with the quality and absolutely love the colour .”

“Purchased 2 medium plus suitcases in july. One of the zip pieces fell off initially and had to tighten myself with pliers or couldn't lock. I had also purchased 2 as a gift and the happened with one of them. I Then used mine.for first time on 2nd September and IT badge came off leaving small pieces of metal sticking out.”

“Ordered the Compartment - Large (dress blues) suitcase. Ordering simple and arrived a few days later. Very badly packaged and box in tatters. Suitcase is very basic with very few internal compartments. Was going to return the case but IT make it very difficult to do so. Unlike most ecommerce sites where you can just select your previous order and select return item, the IT ecommerce website requests a form fill with all the details of the order you wish to return, all of which were on the original order. Once you complete the form you then get an email requesting all those same details to be submitted again by return email and another pdf form fill (again with all the same details) to be printed, completed and included in the return box. When I say details that they already have from your original order to be precise its: The order number The item description The address for collection A contact phone number Why the order is being returned How many cases are being returned Whether you want a refund or replacement. And after all of that they will charge you a £5 return fee. You will also be responsible for the return postage / carrier fee. So much trouble to do a return to IT that I am just going to give the case to a local charity store. I won't be using IT ecommerce for any future needs.”

Hi Lincoln, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with the returns process, your feedback is very valuable to us. However, I would just ike to clarify, the details mentioned are requested as we do have many customers who wish for their items to be collected from alternate addresses or from family members etc, where in turn, the details would not be like-for-like to the original order. It is also not clarified within your original order whether, in the case of a return, you wish to proceed with a replacement or refund, therefore, we are required to query this in order to ensure we proceed correctly. The same can be said for the reason for the return and how many items are being returned (if there is more than 1x item within the order). I do hope this helps to clarify!
