“A handy sized suitcase with a lovely lining and so many handy pockets. Easy to pull along and the multiple handles just make sense. Must have been designed by a seasoned holidaymaker.”

“Haven't travelled with it yet, but looks great. Lots of pockets and zipped area- well organised inside, plus expandable section. But what I like most is the incredible mobility, which will be a great help to me and is better than several previous cases. Looking forward to using it soon.”

“I ordered my luggage and it was supposed to be delivered last week the 22 February it is the 28 February and I still hav e it received, very poor service”

“Love IT luggage always buys this brand for the lightweight as an MS patient I tent to struggle with heavy things so this suits me perfectly! Can fit a great amount of items I did 2 weeks so would definitely recommend.”

“Unfortunately my order was not delivered in time. Paid for next day delivery but held up by yodel for over 1 week with no assistance. Luggage was subsequently returned to warehouse and I received full credit. Yodel let you down”

“I recently purchased the IT Convertible - Underseat (Black) Carry On Suitcase 45x36x20 for my trip with easyJet in May of this year. We always advise cross-checking the desired case measurements with the relevant airline restrictions prior to purchase/travel in order to avoid this. It is the customer's responsibility to cross-check if they wish to do so. However, I can see that the team has been sourcing the necessary replacement part for your suitcase since 19/02/25. The most recent update was supplied on 25/02/25, followed by an email response from yourself: 'Sorry, I just saw this. It has gone to my junk. apologies.' Therefore, as per the above, multiple emails have been sent from our end, however, these have simply ended up in your junk inbox, as confrimed by yourself.
