“I've been using IT luggage for many many years. Finally, our last set started showing some age so we decided to get new suitcases. There was no reason to look elsewhere so we purchase IT suitcases. They are beautiful and we hope they will last just as long as the last ones did.”

“The case was perfect, as expected (packaging wasn't that good, it looked as if was used as a football). The delievery wasn't that good... Luckly I was at home when it was delivered as after receiving the package I received an email saying it would be deleived on that day, followed by a second email saying it was deleived”

“This website is not great at all. I ordered the suitcase and payed for next day delivery. It didn’t ever arrive. I requested a refund and no one has given me one. I don’t recommend them at all.”
