“Very pleased with my purchase of two suitcases, I got one that was £55 and one £75 which was initially very good value anyway, then used a 15% discount code and free delivery over £50. Plus it got delivered the very next day! I couldn’t ask for better service than that. Very pleased and have been recommending IT luggage to friends and family. (One final note: The courier could do with not damaging boxes though but this is external to IT luggage.)”

“Very fast delivery of our two matching suitcases we bought for our honeymoon. Both suitcases endured 8 taxi rides, 4 long haul flights, 3 ferries, 2 speedboats, 2 tractor rides, 2 metros and 1 tuk tuk. Both cases are still in perfect condition (minus a scrape or two) ready to be used again and again. We did see a few of the same suitcases (or knock off versions) on our trip so maybe buy a luggage tag. Usually for a hard shell suitcase we are prone to losing a wheel - not this time, all wheels are still firmly intact. Incredible service and quality, highly recommend.”

“We purchased two identical large cases at £55 each for our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We chose IT luggage as we have used them before and were very happy with the robustness of the product. In transit one case lost its IT logo leaving two pinholes in the outer casing and the lock was snapped off. On reading the company’s policy we were not covered for return so I purchased an exact replacement case with the same colour and reference number at £70. When this arrived it was both a different size - much larger and colour from the original. On enquiry we were offered a return only with us paying £5 for the return process. I am so very disappointed as I wanted two identical cases for easy identification when we travel. There was no offer of trying to source a suitcase matching ours even though this was purchased recently. The larger one is unwieldy and unmanageable. I will be purchasing my travel equipment elsewhere in future.”

Hi Anita, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase. However, as I can see was also advised via the email chain, the style as per your most recent order is the updated version of your original suitcase, therefore, there will be slight differences in size, colour and overall design - all of which should be clearly visible or listed on the website prior to purchase. Therefore, although the item itself is not defective, and the £5 return fee will remain in place, I can see that the team is happily assisting with your return via email chain. Regarding the missing badge on the original suitcase, although damage caused by a third party or airline is usually not covered under warranty, we would be more than happy to also assist with this as a gesture of goodwill. “We have been buying IT luggage for many years had one occasion where we had to claim under a guarantee and they were extremely helpful and supplied us with a replacement case. We have just bought two new cases round next trip and find them extremely easy to pack and their lightweight suits us as we’ve got older.”

“Needed this luggage for my holidays and my oh my the luggage to reach was long and hard . It luggage did not care if the luggage reached or not just emIled me fo4 there review . Evri had to call them email them and in this advance world they only reply in 24 hours which they did and the luggage did reach 2 days after i flew where I am on my holidays . It's a tough competition BTW evri and royal mail both achieving to be the worst . Any ways will be not be using it luggage and returning the item but this is my honest review from my experience .”

Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. However, I can see that as your item was purchased on 13/02, after the 3pm cut-off, using free standard delivery, this was, therefore, dispatched the following day (14/02). Standard delivery offers a 3-5 working day delivery time frame, with your item being delivered on 20/02, this falls on the 4th working day from the day of dispatch/processing, therefore, falling within the free standard delivery timeframe selected.
