“I ordered two suitcases, both came damaged, I submitted a form for replacement for which I got an automated acknowledgement but that was 10 days ago and customer service has just been ignoring me ever since. It's unprofessional. Not recommended”

“Very disappointed with IT Luggage, while the suitcase arrived reasonably quickly it also arrived damaged and dealing with IT Luggage to resolve the unsatisfactory position has been a poor experience. Information requests have been duplicated with IT asking for information they already hold and there is a complete lack of any personal involvement, seems like the customer service experience is AI generated. Not even an apology for the inconvenience or any detail about when I can expect a replacement!”

“Excellent product. The cases look very stylish and are very sturdy. The large case was bigger than expected and would probably do for 2 people on the average holiday. We bought one large, two medium and two cabin, to fulfil all our travel needs. They arrived in very sturdy packaging and the delivery company were very good, also. I would definitely recommend these cases to other travellers.”
